What You Need to Know

 Please allow 3-10 business days to receive your order.

Disclaimer: All decor items typically arrive within a week. If you have purchased several items it is likely that

they will arrive in separate packages. In very rare cases orders may be delayed up to an additional week, 

as third-party companies involved (UPS, FedEx etc.) handle delivery and may take longer. 

Please be patient as we will assist to be sure you receive your products and great service.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Everything You Need to Know

Refunds or exchange have to be made within the first 10 days of your purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:

 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

  • If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.
